How to make a complaint to Expression Australia
We want to know why you are not happy with our services and how we can do better. Expression Australia has an online form that you can fill in and send to us.

How to make a complaint to the NDIS Commission
If you do not want to talk to Expression Australia about your complaint, you can contact the NDIS Commission.
The NDIS Commission can help you if you have a complaint about our NDIS services.
If the NDIS Commission cannot help you with your complaint, they will let you know where to go for help.

Did you know that there are rules that everyone working under the NDIS must follow?
These 7 rules cover how NDIS workers must always behave:
- Respect your rights
We must respect everyone’s right to freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making. - Deliver services competently
We must be well trained and have the right skills for the job. - Prevent violence, neglect abuse and exploitation
We must do everything we can to prevent and/or respond to all different forms of abuse of people with disability. - Respect privacy
Everyone has the right to their privacy. - Act with integrity
We be honesty and transparent. - Take action on quality and safety
We must act on concerns and complaints about the quality and safety of supports provided to people with disability. - Prevent sexual misconduct
We must do everything we can to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.
If you feel that your NDIS provider did not follow any of these rules, you can contact the NDIS Commission to make a complaint.
